I love to putter in the garden - I call it dirt therapy. My husband does not love my chemicals, tools, pots and dirt all over the place. This was the perfect solution. It not only stores my equipment, but does so attractively and gives me a wonderful work space. I would recommend this potting bench.

This is a beautiful quality potting bench made of cedar. It improves the look of my back yard. The price was a bargain. I have seen it other places for much more. Can't buy a better potting bench.

This charming potting bench can be used as a gardening assistant OR use it as a sideboard for entertaining. The potting soil box can hold ice, and the shelving can be used as a buffet for outdoor entertaining! I purchased two of them and was very pleased with the overall design and easy assembly! The wood is smooth and has beautiful color variation! Very nice piece and worth more than the price!

I like the design and large work surface of the bench. [...]The top shelf panel and the front panel on the soil box were split apart. Also the stops on the legs that align the bottom shelf were not level; so you need to measure these before screwing the shelf on to make sure the shelf is level. I glued the split boards together and added extra screws of my own and it still went together fine. I like the cedar wood; but two pieces had watermarks where the boards had been in water at some time prior to the materials being cut out. Overall, I am pleased with the bench. If you don't like the imperfections in wood products, then I would go the PVC route. Most importantly, my wife, who loves to work with flowers, liked the gift.
